Because we work by scheduled sessions, cancellations and no-shows impact our small business significantly.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 100% service fee.
We totally understand that life happens. If an emergency comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can support you.

A no-show means you missed your appointment without notifying us.
Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

No-Shows
Please arrive on time so we can give you the full, relaxing experience you deserve.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes will be treated as a missed appointment and charged 100% of the service fee.
